Terms of Service for Courses on IT Security and Digital Literacy

Welcome to Orislen. These terms govern access to our Courses on IT security and digital literacy at orisen.pro.

1. General

By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms. We may update them at our discretion with notice posted on the site.

2. Course Services

Orislen offers live and recorded instruction sessions. Session schedules and content are described on the website. You may request a schedule change up to 7 days before the session start. In some cases, sessions cannot be moved; this will be noted at the time of booking.

3. Digital Products

Digital materials include e-books, video tutorials, and code samples. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment. Once access is provided, cancellation or refund is not available, as the digital items are delivered instantly.

4. Physical Goods

Physical items such as study kits are dispatched from our warehouse. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 5 days of receipt via our Contact Form. We will offer a replacement or refund.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Service Courses

If you inform us at least 7 days before a scheduled session, we will refund the fee or allow a one-time rescheduling. Requests made later will result in no refund but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

5.2 Digital Products

Due to immediate delivery, purchases of digital materials are final. No refund or interaction is available once access is granted, as the content is available instantly.

5.3 Physical Goods

You have 14 days from delivery to return unopened items. Use our Contact Form to obtain a return label. Returned items must be in original condition. Upon receipt, we will process a refund via the original payment method within 10 days.
